West Feeds Pro-Care Senior Select
This super high-quality, 3/16″ pellet horse feed has 14% protein and is perfect for older horses.
Sprayed with molasses and soybean oil after pelletizing to soften the pellet helps make this feed easier to eat and digest. Pro-Care Senior Select contains soybean meal, rice bran, wheat midds, alfalfa, and high levels of all vitamins, chelated minerals, yeast products, and AMAFERM, all promoting improved digestion and gut health.
Feeding Instructions
Feed Pro-Care Senior Select according to condition and activity level of the horse. Horses in moderate activity may be started at 0.75% to 1% of body weight (1000 lb. Horse = 7 ½ to 10 lbs. per day). Adequate amounts of hay or pasture should always be fed. Mature horses should receive 1½% to 2% of body weight in hay or pasture each day. Always provide a source of fresh, clean water.
